Ottumwa pothole report

Here's how it works: 1. Find the location of the pothole you want fixed by looking at the map. 2. Use the + to zoom in and the - to zoom out. (You can use the hand tool to move the map by holding down mouse and dragging) 3. Click on the "Report" tab to the left of the map. 4. Fill out the appropriate fields. Got to "next" 5. Complete step. Click "submit."
