Terry Paris, 66, Bloomfield

BLOOMFIELD — Terry D. Paris, 66, of rural Bloomfield, died Sept. 20, 2012, at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield. 

He was born Aug. 4, 1946, in Davis County to James H. and Ethelyn Sedore Paris. He married Vicki Cone Oct. 26, 1968, in Decatur, Ill. 

Terry was a truck driver for Mahaska Bottling Company and was also a farmer.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Tera (Johnny) Simmer of Ottumwa and Anna Paris of Pulaski; four grandchildren, Jacob Jones, John Hubbs, and Mallary and Ryan Simmer; a brother, Jack (Judy) Paris of Ottumwa; and a sister-in-law, Beth Paris of Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Commodore Paris and Donald Paris.

Graveside services with burial of the cremains will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Pulaski Cemetery; with Dean Hanna officiating. 

No visitation is planned. 

A memorial has been established to the Pulaski Corn Show. 

Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
