At the age of 38, she attended Northeast Missouri State University, now Truman State University, in Kirksville, Mo., to fulfill her lifetime dream of becoming a special education teacher. Judy was the best wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, teacher, and friend that anybody could have ... a kind, genuine human being.
