BILLINGS, Mont. — Betty M. Allen, 90, of Billings, Mont., and formerly of Appanoose County, died Oct. 14, 2012, at Aspen Meadows in Billings. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville.
