Cleda F. Perkovich, 102, of Ottumwa, formerly of Bloomfield, died at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 10, 2013, at Ridgewood Nursing & Rehab Center, Ottumwa.
Her body has been cremated. Graveside services and internment of cremains will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cantril, at a later date.
Memorials to Maple Grove Cemetery may be mailed to the family at 300 Spruce St. #217, Farmington, Minn. 55024.
Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, is handling arrangements.
