OTTUMWA —
Elizabeth L. Waters, 77, formerly of 120 N. Union, died at 7:05 a.m. January 4, 2013 at Ridgewood Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born June 8, 1935 in Ottumwa to Fred and Bertha N. Powell Wells.
A resident of Ottumwa most of her life, she was a member of St. Mary of the Visitation.
She was preceded in death by a son, Bryant “Skip” Crafton; a daughter, Lesa Crafton; her parents; an uncle, Millard Powell and two aunts, Eva Powell and Audra Scott.
Graveside services and burial will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Ottumwa Cemetery with Father Bernie Weir presiding.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Reece Funeral Home.
