Mary Beth Spitzer, 79, of Melrose, died Jan. 2, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in Centerville.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the River Life Family Worship Center in Albia. Burial will be in Brooks Cemetery near Hedrick.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial fund has been established.
Holm Funeral home in Sigourney is in charge of arrangements.
