OTTUMWA —
Dianne LeBow, 67, of San Mateo, Calif., formerly of Ottumwa, passed away Dec. 12, 2012, after a short illness.
Dianne was born on Jan. 31, 1945, in Ottumwa, to Bernard and Mildred LeBow. After the passing of her mother, Dianne was raised by her cousins, Neil and Mary Jane Dubach, in Missouri.
After graduation, Dianne moved to Chicago and then the San Francisco area, working for United Airlines until her retirement in 2000 after 35 years of service. Dianne enjoyed traveling and spending time with her friends.
Dianne is survived by her sister-in-law, Emma LeBow of Rock Island, Ill.; nieces, Susan LeBow of Stevens Point, Wis., and Miranda Wells of Rock Island, Ill.; brother, Robert LeBow of Sedalia, Mo.; two great-nieces; two great-nephews; many dear friends; and her faithful dog, Murphy.
In addition to her parents and cousins that raised her, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard.
At her request, no service was held. Cremation rites were accorded.
