Charles Douglas Clark, 51, of Birmingham, died suddenly July 18, 2012, at the Jefferson County Hospital Emergency Room in Fairfield.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fairfield Friends Church; with Rev. Len Maselli officiating. He will be cremated following the funeral service.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.
