Judy Williams, 65, of Keota, died Feb. 20, 2013, at the Washington County Hospital.
Celebration of life service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Powell Funeral Home in Keota; with Rev. Jim Bringman officiating. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries-Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in rural Harper.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established for the family.
