Jack E. Mitchell, 89, of rural Keosauqua, died Oct. 16, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Society-Van Buren Hospice, Keosauqua.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua; Lee McIntosh officiating. Burial with military rites by Beer-Barker Post 113 of the American Legion will be in Center Chapel Cemetery Southeast of Keosauqua.
Visitation will open at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home with the family present from 5-7 p.m.
Gifts to a memorial to be designated later by the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 26055 Osage Ave., Keosauqua, Iowa 52565.
