HEDRICK —
Linda Kay Norton, 63, of Hedrick, died at 7:45 a.m. January 7, 2013 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
She was born February 28, 1949 in Spearman, TX to A.Z. and Maurene Sillivent. She married Michael Andrew Tschudy, they later divorced. She married Robert Carroll Norton on May 5, 1993.
Linda was a graduate of Palo Duro High School in Amarillo, TX, and had been a resident of Texas most of her life before moving to Hedrick in 2003.
She had been an employee of Beacon Van Lines.
She was a member of Hedrick Christian Church.
Surviving is her husband, Bob; two sons, Michael James (Nancy) Tschudy of Hedrick and Jason Cris (Kelley) Tschudy of Biloxi, MS; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank (Kathy) Sillivent of Indianapolis, IN; a sister, Joann Russell of Lubbock, TX; a multitude of nieces and nephews and her puppies, Scooter and Tink.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Michelle Mayhrofen; and a brother, David Sillivent.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Carla Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Abel Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Thursday with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials may be made to Hedrick Christian Church.
