Sandra J. Kool, 75, of Oskaloosa, died Oct. 8, 2012, at the MHP Serenity House in Oskaloosa.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa; with Pastor Dave Leraan officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa.
Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday at the funeral home with the family present from 5–7 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Serenity House.
