BRIGHTON —
Bryan A. Steele, 32, of Brighton, passed away on Feb. 14, 2013, at his home in Brighton.
Bryan Anthony Steele was born on March 13, 1980, in Fairfield, the son of Joyce and Frank Mills. He attended high school in Fairfield. On Oct. 18, 2003, he married Elizabeth Sue Ward in Keosauqua.
Bryan was a backyard mechanic who enjoyed hunting, fishing and four-wheelers.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Ward-Steele of Fairfield; four children, Micheal Steele, Kaitlynn Steele, Raven Steele and Dakotah Ward-Steele; his parents, Joyce and Frank Mills of Fairfield; one sister, Emily Mills of Austin, Texas; one stepsister, Tabitha Mills of Kirksville, Mo.; grandparents, Franklin and Phyllis Mills of Greentop, Mo.; and great-grandmother, Lucille Maxwell of Oskaloosa.
He was preceded in death by one daughter Faith; grandparents, Hubert and Alice Steele; and uncle Raymond Steele.
A memorial service honoring his life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, with Pastor Dave Albert officiating. Burial will be at Eldon Cemetery in Eldon.
A memorial is being established for the family.
