Herbert Eugene Thomas, 84, of Mystic, died Jan. 28, 2013, at the Golden Age Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Centerville.
There will be a celebration of life service at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Herbert Thomas to the Alzheimer’s Association. Donations may be mailed to or left at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
