William “Neil” Eddy, 83, of Centerville, died Oct. 13, 2012, at the Continental Care Center in Seymour.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cline Family Mausoleum in Exline Cemetery in Exline.
Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Monday at Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville with family present from 6-8 p.m.
Entombment will be in the Cline Family Mausoleum in Exline Cemetery.
