Michael Eugene Harris, 51, of Bloomfield, died Dec. 26, 2012, at the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.
The body has been cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is assisting the family.
