Daniel A. Davis, 48, of 521 Haynes Ave. in Centerville, died at 10:05 p.m. July 24, 2012 at Ridgewood Nursing and Rehab in Ottumwa.
Private graveside services and burial will be at McCormick Cemetery with Pastor Brian Hargrave officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centerville High School Art Department, P.O. Box 370 Centerville, IA 52544.
