OTTUMWA —
Colleen (Jameson) Curtis, 80, of Covina, Calif., formerly of Ottumwa, died March 13, 2013, at her home.
She was born July 7, 1932, in Ottumwa to Roy and Juanita Jameson. She married Burton W. Curtis on Dec. 23, 1950.
A 1950 graduate of Ottumwa High School, she worked in the accounting field for 43 years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Covina and P.E.O. Sisterhood Chapter OC, Whittier, Calif.
She is survived by her husband and two sons, Stephen T. Curtis and C. Tod Curtis. She is also survived by three brothers, Cecil Jameson of Ottumwa, Alva Jameson of Riverside, Calif., and Ralph Jameson of Shelton, Wash.; and a sister, Evelyn Littlejohn of Ottumwa. Colleen also had two grandsons and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew J. Curtis.
The body has been cremated. No services are planned at this time.
