Before breakfast, a school bus had a fender bender in the school driveway. Before lunch, the district had already contacted the public to let them know everything was OK.
Around 8 a.m. Tuesday, a Cardinal school bus struck a vehicle stopped at the end of the elementary school entrance.
Officials say both the bus and the private vehicle were operable after the incident. No injuries were reported.
The district used Facebook, local media and email to notify parents and members of the community about the incident.
