City declares snow emergency effective 10 a.m.
OTTUMWA — Ottumwa's snow emergency ordinance will go into effect at 10 a.m. today. No parking is allowed on streets designated as “Snow Routes” until the emergency is lifted. Snow Routes are marked with a square blue signs with a white snowflake.
The snow emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
