CHARITON —
A car crash that killed three Ottumwans Saturday night is still under investigation and no charges have been filed, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Olga Letecia Palencia, 56, Dolores Rodas, 66, and Julieta Mendez Cruz, 44, all of Ottumwa, were killed Saturday night when a pickup driven by Joseph Hollinrake, 19, of Knoxville, crossed the center line on U.S. Highway 34 west of Chariton and struck Palencia’s car head-on.
