I would like to know who is paying for the levy being replaced below the Highway 34 bridge? There are a lot of dump trucks hauling dirt and there is also a lot of equipment down there. This is just a question I have.
Also it would be nice to have concerts at Bridge View with big entertainment, rather than having to go to Des Moines or Cedar Rapids. The people there would come here if we promote it and bring entertainment in to Bridge View. This is just a thought. Ottumwa needs to try and bring things in here. This will help Bridge View.
