Why so many problems with KTVO signal?
Why are there so many problems with KTVO? Every day there is either no sound, no picture or both! WOI-Channel 4 has most of the same programming; however, it is blocked out with the following statement across the screen: “This channel is currently being blacked out due to programming duplication.”
When you call Mediacom, their response is, “It is KTVO’s problem.” And you call KTVO, and their response is, “The problem is with Mediacom.” Sounds to me like they are both passing the buck. We don’t get a reduction in our monthly bill.
Do we need a new cable company, cable competition or take KTVO off? Other channels do not have this problem. I would like some answers to this daily ongoing problem and like the problem resolved.
I don’t think we would miss KTVO if we could get another ABC channel since 75 percent of the local news is about Missouri.
The Soap Channel would also be nice!
