OTTUMWA —
Come witness the Magician’s Masquerade, and William the Conjurer will test your superstitions at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Bridge View Center.
This full evening of Halloween-themed magic by Ottumwa’s own resident professional magician, Bill Bowman, will feature many original, never-before-seen illusions, thrills, chills and things that go bump in the night.
The show is for all ages with something for everyone and a surprise around every corner. Original ghost stories, tales of the powers of the mind and impossible feats of physical indestructibility are only a few of the treats in store amid the wonderful tricks.
In addition to the full evening magic show, audience members are invited to come in their best costumes and participate in the costume contest at intermission, with cash prizes in child, teen and adult categories. Then, afterward, hang around and party with a DJ. The costume contest and after party are included in the ticket price.
Tickets are $18, with group and senior discounts available, and are on sale now at the Bridge View Center box office or through Ticketmaster. Bowman’s last event at Bridge View was a complete sellout, so get your tickets before they are all disappear.
