OTTUMWA —
An Ottumwa man has published his first book and an open house and book signing will be held this weekend to recognize his efforts.
Dale Schwartz, a resident of the Good Samaritan Center in Ottumwa, has penned the humor book, “Watch the Cow, Tillie.”
The open house will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday in the activity room of the Good Samaritan Center, 2035 Chester Ave.
The public is invited to attend.
