OTTUMWA — Howard D. Carr, 76, of 112 S. Milner St., died Aug. 6, 2008, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
His body was cremated.
Inurnment with military honors was Oct. 23, 2009, at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter; Rev. Michael Crouch officiating.
