School doesn’t have to be boring. Douma Elementary students got in a few laughs during class time Monday afternoon. Douma Elementary will close for the 2013-14 school year in order to undergo extensive interior renovations. Douma’s kindergarteners and first-graders will attend Agassiz for the year, and Pickwick K-1 students will attend Wildwood for the year, with all second- through fifth-graders on the south side moving to the new elementary school.
